Profile MIF

Objectives:

1. Producing graduates who can become:
   1. Programmers with competencies in Frontend Developer, UI UX experience, Backend Developer, Web Services, Android Mobile Developer, and Software Development Framework
   2. Database Administrators with competencies in Database Design, Database Modelling and Optimisation, and Database Maintenance
   3. Informatics Entrepreneurs with competencies in opening business opportunities, especially in the field of Information technology
2. Producing research/collaborative research beneficial to the community and contributes to the recency of the content of the curriculum
3. Carrying out community service activities that synergise with other fields of science (multidisciplinary academic interests) to answer the needs of the community
4. Realising a network of cooperation that supports the strengthening of study programs in the fields of teaching education, research, and community service

Targets:

1. Expanded access and improved quality and relevance of education so as to produce graduates of the Informatics Engineering Study Program with noble character who are competitive and meet the needs of the community.
2. Conducting high-quality and innovative research and community services.
3. Realisation of study programs management in accordance with Good Polytechnic Governance.
4. Increased results and benefits of collaboration with prospective graduate employers, with other institutions, and with other universities abroad.
5. Improved student creativity and achievements in national and international competitions.
6. Improved entrepreneurship skills, especially in the field of informatics.
